Disney World planning for parents and grandparents. Saturday, July 6, 2013. Star Tours is a ride at Hollywood Studios in Disney World and also in Disneyland. In the fall of 2011, the old Star Tours ride was shut down for refurbishment. This is a flight simulator ride and you do get jostled around in your seat as if you were really on a spaceship. In May 2012 the new ride opened at both Disney World and Disneyland. Luckily, navigator R2D2 is aboard.

Thursday, May 26, 2011. It is themed to look like the tavern where Gaston sings his title song in the original film. The tavern has a portrait of Gaston over a large fireplace, with antlers and buck-skins hung on the wall. Most of the glassware are mugs and barrells line the wall. This attraction and other meet-and-greets will be added.

There is nothing better than listening to some music from a favorite Disney movie or hearing a familiar theme song from one of the many attractions at Disney World and Disneyland. All of the music brings back such wonderful memories! I did not create these midi files.
